TONEVY is operated by Juny Lee. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the public guide or contact us by email. For accounts, audio, and other information handled in the studio, see the TONEVY Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
The guide has no sign-in or audio upload feature. You do not need to give us your name or email address to read it. We do not currently use ads or visitor analytics on the guide.
Our hosting providers may process connection information to deliver and protect these pages. TONEVY does not save guide visits as individual account records. If you email us, we receive your address, message, and sending time in our Gmail mailbox.
How we use information
We use email inquiries to reply to you. Our hosting providers may use connection information to deliver and protect the guide.
Security
The guide is delivered over an encrypted connection. Accounts and audio are handled in the separate studio. Please do not email passwords, authentication keys, or audio files that are not needed for your inquiry.
Retention
Hosting providers may retain connection logs and backups; their specific retention periods for this guide are still being confirmed. Emails remain in our Gmail mailbox until deleted. You can ask us to delete an email using the address below.
Your choices
Ads are currently off, and you do not need to allow or click one to read the guide or use the studio. If an earlier ad choice remains in your browser, you can clear it by deleting this site's data. If advertising is introduced, we will provide the required consent choices. To manage studio account and audio data, visit Manage my data. You can request deletion of an email inquiry at the address below.
International processing
Our hosting providers may process guide connection information outside your country. The exact countries have not yet been confirmed. The Studio Privacy Policy explains where audio mastering takes place.
